OpenFX is building infrastructure to power the next generation of cross-border payment systems for institutions, enabling money to move as freely as data across time zones and legacy systems. The company is backed by top-tier investors including Accel, Lightspeed, M13, Northzone, and Pantera, with a team drawn from J.P. Morgan, Goldman Sachs, FalconX, PayPal, Affirm, Polygon, Kraken, Nium, Visa, and Mastercard.
You will join the Latin America go-to-market team as Client Success Manager, reporting to the Head of Client Success, LATAM. You will own the day-to-day relationship for a portfolio of institutional clients—payment companies, PSPs, fintechs, and digital asset platforms—and drive them to move more of their cross-border flow through OpenFX.
The role splits roughly 60% running your own book of growing accounts end-to-end and 40% supporting the largest Latin America relationships alongside your manager. You will work daily with Sales, Trading Operations, Product, Compliance, and RevOps.
Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of institutional clients as their primary point of contact; building and running account growth plans that identify where more FX flow can come to OpenFX; growing transaction volume by helping clients optimize FX flows, pricing, and settlement; monitoring client health and trading activity to spot slowdowns early; expanding accounts through upsell and deeper product adoption; owning the cross-sell pipeline for new currency pairs and products; pricing thoughtfully and escalating exceptions to maintain profitable growth; supporting large Latin America accounts on trades, settlement, pricing, and new product setup; building and maintaining a structured playbook for long-tail accounts; and using AI to automate routine workflows and surface client insights so the team focuses on high-value conversations.
You will work in a fast-paced startup environment with emphasis on personal and professional growth, competitive salary, equity, and the opportunity to make significant impact on global financial infrastructure.
