SOS, part of the LEAP group, is a leading provider of legal technology software solutions serving UK law firms. This Client Success Consultant role is based in Bath or Leeds (hybrid) and offers an excellent opportunity to transition from traditional legal practice into the fast-growing legal tech sector. You will manage a portfolio of law firm clients, acting as their primary liaison and trusted advisor throughout their journey with our Practice Management software. Your core responsibilities include understanding each client's business needs, educating them on best practices and system capabilities, and ensuring they maximize value from our solutions. You'll conduct proactive outreach through check-ins, training sessions, and remote meetings to build confidence in software usage and drive retention. Key activities span multiple domains: you'll analyze client requirements to identify alignment opportunities between our software and their goals, gather and communicate client feedback to shape product improvements, and collaborate with Product Management, Sales, Marketing, and other internal teams to enhance user experience and adoption. You'll also manage client expectations professionally, setting appropriate boundaries when requests fall outside scope. The ideal candidate brings advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook), deep understanding of law firm culture and the Solicitors Accounts Rules, and proven experience delivering on-site training. You must excel at explaining technical solutions clearly to non-technical audiences, possess strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and demonstrate a track record of delivering excellent client service and building long-term relationships. A full UK driving licence and access to a car are required, along with flexibility to travel as needed. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, adapt to changing priorities, and work collaboratively across teams.
