Salary: USD 75,000 - 105,000 / annual
Precision for Medicine seeks a Client Services Business Analyst II to design, develop, and maintain complex healthcare data systems while serving as a strategic liaison between technical teams and business-facing clients. You will leverage SQL/T-SQL and related technologies to support analytic readiness across healthcare datasets, acting as a subject matter expert on client data with responsibility for full lifecycle documentation and quality assurance protocols.
Key responsibilities include collaborating with marketing clients, project management, client services, and QA teams to align data strategy with business objectives. You will translate technical outcomes into clear, business-relevant insights for marketers, client teams, and executives. The role requires triaging client requests, setting stakeholder expectations, and executing complex data workflows with minimal supervision. You will manage multiple concurrent clients and development workstreams independently while maintaining exceptional organizational standards.
You will produce reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs and operational insights to support data-driven decision-making. Additionally, you will support and mentor junior analysts, contributing to a culture of analytical excellence.
Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 3–5 years of experience with SQL Server, data integration, ETL development, and data validation. Healthcare or pharmaceutical domain experience is preferred. You must demonstrate strong data storytelling ability and the capacity to explain complex logic to diverse audiences.
Technical skills required: SQL, T-SQL, SSIS, data profiling tools, Excel, PowerPoint, PowerBI, and Python. Soft skills include the ability to work independently across multiple priorities while ensuring quality, fostering cross-functional relationships, and mentoring team members. The role is based in Indianapolis with one day per week in-office requirement. No visa sponsorship available.
