Scalable Capital, a leading European digital investment and banking platform, is seeking a Client Service Manager to join their Munich office. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers and prospects, managing inquiries via email and phone with professionalism and care. You'll collaborate cross-functionally with other departments to develop comprehensive solutions for complex customer questions, ensuring a seamless experience across the platform.
You will continuously expand your financial knowledge through internal training and self-directed learning, staying current with capital markets and digital financial solutions. A key responsibility is leveraging customer feedback to identify and drive improvements in both product features and internal processes, directly contributing to the company's evolution.
The ideal candidate holds a degree in Business Administration, Economics, or a related field, or has completed a relevant commercial apprenticeship (ideally in banking). You bring at least one year of practical experience in banking, FinTech, or financial services, with demonstrated expertise in customer support via phone, email, and in-person channels. You have a genuine passion for customer service, take ownership of customer experience, and possess a strong affinity for capital market products and digital solutions.
You are a reliable team player who works independently and thrives in dynamic, fast-paced environments. Fluency in both German and English is required. This is an initial fixed-term position for two years.
