Licensed by the Bank of Greece and operating under the European FOS framework, the company pioneered "Tap on Any Device" technology and now leads the shift toward all-in-one commercial solutions with a dynamic ecosystem of 450+ technology partners. In this Client Relationship Representative role, you will drive business development and account management for enterprise merchants. Key responsibilities include promoting Viva's online payment services to merchants and prospects, presenting product features and benefits compellingly, and coordinating RFPs for key projects. You will manage and expand assigned client portfolios by strengthening existing relationships, ensuring new merchants complete onboarding successfully, and supporting active service utilization. You'll monitor client portfolio performance to identify upselling opportunities, analyze market trends and customer feedback to refine commercial strategies, and escalate complex issues to relevant teams. Additionally, you'll provide remote technical and commercial support to existing clients, maintain accurate customer data in company systems, and keep detailed records for effective follow-up. This is a full-time permanent position (CDI via EOR) based in Paris. The role requires a Bachelor's degree or equivalent, with a minimum of 5 years of commercial development experience in the payments sector, ideally within a tech environment. You must have strong understanding of financial products, services, and the broader payments ecosystem; proven experience managing strategic client relationships and complex commercial opportunities; and ability to engage and influence C-suite and IT decision-makers. Excellent negotiation and sales skills with a track record of closing deals are essential. You should have an established network of enterprise clients, digital fluency with interest in AI, strong communication and interpersonal skills, and fluency in French and English.
