iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team, responsible for owning and developing the structured investments ecosystem on the firm's technology platform. This role serves as a key point of contact for issuing partners—including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs—managing relationships and coordinating regular touchpoints such as meetings, check-ins, and events. Key responsibilities include supporting the management and growth of existing partnerships, onboarding new issuers onto the platform, and translating partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements. The role requires owning resulting projects and partnering with Product and Engineering teams to prioritize and deliver solutions while balancing competing partner priorities. The VP will develop presentations, updates, and reporting for both partners and internal stakeholders, using data and analysis to inform strategic decisions. The position involves aggregating, manipulating, and analyzing large datasets to generate reports and surface insights with excellent attention to detail. Cross-functional collaboration is essential, working with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams to deliver a robust, well-supported platform solution and drive process improvement. The VP will also assist in developing and executing the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in the structured investments market or broader financial markets industry. Experience working with or covering structured products is a plus. The role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to operate in a fast-paced environment, and a strategic mindset. Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Proficiency in Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) is essential.
