iCapital is seeking a Vice President to join the Structured Investments team, responsible for owning and developing the structured investments ecosystem on the firm's technology platform. This role serves as a key point of contact for issuing partners—including investment banks, broker-dealers, private banks, and RIAs—managing and growing these critical relationships across the United States.
Key responsibilities include supporting relationship management with issuing partners through regular touchpoints, meetings, and events; maintaining and growing existing partnerships while onboarding new issuers; translating partner needs and feedback into platform enhancements; and owning resulting projects in collaboration with Product and Engineering teams. The role requires aggregating and analyzing large datasets to generate reports and surface insights for both partners and internal stakeholders, with meticulous attention to detail.
You will develop presentations and updates, collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Legal, Marketing, and Compliance teams, and contribute to the development and execution of the firm's overarching strategy for the Structured Investments business line.
Required qualifications include a bachelor's degree, 5+ years of relevant experience in trading, business development, or relationship management in structured investments or broader financial markets, strong analytical and problem-solving skills, excellent written and verbal communication, and proficiency in Microsoft Suite. Series 7 and 63 certifications are required or must be obtained within 90 days of hire. Experience with structured products is a plus.
The role operates in a fast-paced environment requiring strategic thinking, independent work capability, demonstrated client service skills, and a collaborative mindset. Employees work in the office Monday–Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays.
