As a Client Relationship Manager I, you will serve as the primary point of contact for assigned plan sponsor accounts, owning the complete customer experience from onboarding through ongoing support. You'll be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction by combining responsive problem-solving with proactive outreach to anticipate and address needs before they escalate. Key responsibilities include: acting as the single point of contact for plan sponsors; providing expert customer service and issue resolution; communicating plan features and regulatory requirements clearly; coordinating cross-functionally with implementation, sales, and support teams to deliver compliant valuation reports, participant statements, and trust accounting; serving as the escalation point for plan participants; assisting with plan design, document support, and IRS/DOL compliance; maintaining current knowledge of ERISA legislation; performing annual plan testing (ADP/ACP, Top Heavy, 410(b), 415, 401(a)(4), deductibility, 402(g)); reviewing Form 5500 filings; and supporting plan audits and regulatory examinations. You'll bring 3-5+ years of A-Z plan administration experience, strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills with meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to communicate with confidence, professionalism, and empathy. You thrive in high-stress situations, work autonomously with initiative, and embrace change in a fast-growing startup environment. Experience with FT William and/or ASC software systems is a bonus.
