River Financial is building a trusted financial institution focused on bitcoin and digital assets. The company has raised over $50 million from leading investors and publicly shares financials and proof of reserves.
As a Client Operations Associate, you will directly interface with clients to manage questions and feedback about River's products and services. You will analyze trends in client activity and inquiries to identify operational efficiencies that help scale the business. You'll refine business rules, automations, and communication methods across Client Operations, and act as a liaison between clients and internal teams including Relationship Management, Engineering, Financial Operations, Risk Management, and Client Services. This role supports business needs, improves the product, and enhances the overall client experience.
You'll work in a fast-paced fintech startup environment where you can demonstrate clear thinking, effective communication, and the ability to get things done. The role requires high agency and self-starter mentality, with the ability to collaborate, problem-solve, and adapt quickly while balancing multiple tasks.
REQUIREMENTS:

- Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
- Customer-facing experience preferred
- Excellent communication and conversational skills
- Highly adaptable; able to shift focus on the fly and balance many tasks
- Ability to identify trends in data and make decisions based on analyses
- Excel/Google Sheets, SQL, and product management experience a plus, but not required
- Preference for candidates with a degree in Communication, Business Finance, Business Operations, Business Marketing, or Information Systems
