PayIt is a fast-growing GovTech company modernizing how residents interact with government services. The company's platform consolidates government services and payments into a unified experience, helping agencies improve customer experience, collect revenue efficiently, and redeploy staff to higher-value work. PayIt has been recognized in the GovTech 100 annually since 2017 and serves agencies across hunting/fishing licensing, DMV, courts, property tax, utilities, tolling, and more.
In this role, you will lead end-to-end SaaS implementation projects with government agency clients. You'll own the complete implementation lifecycle: managing project timelines, gathering business requirements, configuring solutions using PayIt's platform tools, and coordinating with internal teams (engineering, product, PMO). Key responsibilities include developing and iterating prototypes based on client feedback, managing test planning and requirements alignment with the product team, logging and resolving implementation issues, and ensuring configurations meet both client needs and PayIt specifications.
You'll serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout implementation, supporting platform hygiene (workflows, naming conventions, data organization), proactively identifying configuration and UX issues, and developing training materials for internal teams and clients. You'll maintain comprehensive client documentation and coordinate efforts across multiple stakeholder groups. Upon project completion, you'll facilitate handoff to Client Success, Operations, and Support teams. The role requires 10-20% travel based on project and client needs.
PayIt's culture emphasizes high integrity, drive, grit, aptitude, and team orientation. The company is collaborative, mission-driven, and committed to improving lives through better government service delivery.
