Agentio is transforming the $800B digital ad ecosystem by enabling marketers to buy creator-led ads with the speed and scale of Meta or Google ads. The platform automates sourcing, pricing, contracting, delivery, and measurement—work that previously took months now happens in minutes. As a Client Growth Manager, you'll own a book of 25-30 growth-stage accounts post-sale and drive expansion through deeper adoption, cross-platform growth, senior relationship building, and net dollar retention. You carry individual quota and are accountable for growing your revenue number. Key responsibilities include: identifying and closing expansion opportunities within your accounts; building multi-threaded relationships with senior marketers and decision-makers; navigating client measurement frameworks (MMM, lift studies, platform attribution) to sequence commercial asks; managing portfolio health and catching account drift early; and serving as the conduit between clients and product to inform roadmap priorities. You'll need 5-7+ years in client-facing advertising or media roles with demonstrated individual revenue ownership. You should bring specific expansion wins, at-risk accounts you've saved, and evidence of building senior client relationships with directors and VPs of marketing. Deep fluency in ad platforms and performance data is essential, along with the autonomy to run your book without hand-holding and the conviction to act quickly in a startup environment. Exceptional candidates demonstrate measurement judgment that converts to commercial outcomes, pre-invested senior relationships, and self-critique. Bonus experience includes two-sided networks/marketplaces, creator/influencer/affiliate marketing, and genuine AI integration into workflows. This is an individual contributor role focused on post-sale growth and expansion—not new business hunting, service delivery, or a near-term management track. The role is based in New York with 5 days per week in-office presence.
