PactFi is building secure, end-to-end operational infrastructure for managing complex private credit transactions. The platform brings together all parties involved in private credit deals—including PE, VC, real estate, and private credit investors—to efficiently allocate capital, complete KYC, share documents, manage fund flows, and more. The company operates at bank-grade security standards with SOC 2 Type 2 attestation and was developed in close partnership with two of the industry's largest private credit players. You will serve as Client Enablement Manager, driving end-to-end client adoption of PactFi's core workflows. This is a high-ownership role at the intersection of clients, Product, Engineering, and Business Development. From day one, you will build deep product knowledge and private credit domain expertise to become a trusted partner to sophisticated financial institutions. Key responsibilities include: - Deliver polished, high-impact client trainings and resources that accelerate onboarding, support new product launches, and drive adoption through effective change management - Own client support issues end-to-end, diagnosing product and workflow questions, resolving issues directly where possible, and escalating complex technical problems to Product and Engineering - Act as voice of the customer internally, synthesizing client feedback and usage patterns into actionable insights for Product and Engineering prioritization - Use AI and automation as part of your day-to-day workflow to synthesize information, improve client-facing outputs, and automate repetitive work - Identify opportunities to improve and scale client-facing and team processes, playbooks, documentation, tooling, and automation as PactFi grows The role is based in the New York office. Travel is not required, though optional in-person client engagement opportunities may arise. REQUIREMENTS: - 2–5 years of experience managing client accounts and driving complex technology adoption or workflow transformation in consulting, professional services, FinTech, or enterprise SaaS - Strong ability to manage client expectations and communicate effectively with senior stakeholders - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to quickly understand unfamiliar workflows and diagnose ambiguous problems - Strong technical aptitude and comfort learning complex software workflows - Autonomous execution with proactive communication and strong judgment to escalate as needed - Interest in shaping a growing team with direct exposure to the largest private credit players BONUS: - Experience working with APIs, integrations, data, or enterprise systems - Experience in private credit, financial infrastructure, or regulated financial products
