Salary: USD 174,180 - 259,000 / annual

ServiceNow is seeking a Client Director for Strategic Tech to drive net-new business growth within one of their largest strategic tech accounts headquartered in Mountain View, California. You will operate as one of two Client Directors sharing account strategy, quota, and Solution Consulting support. As the growth-focused counterpart to the existing Client Director (who leads day-to-day account management), you will identify expansion opportunities, build business cases for new solution areas, and close deals within the account. Key responsibilities include: - Collaborating with your peer Client Director to execute unified account strategy - Identifying and pursuing net-new revenue opportunities and expanding strategic relationships - Building business cases and roadmaps connecting customer strategic priorities to new ServiceNow solutions - Developing deep, multi-tiered relationships across the client organization from project/IT teams to C-suite level - Partnering with Executive Teams and Channel Partners to expand ServiceNow's footprint - Orchestrating large extended teams of Product Sales Specialists, Solution Consultants, and other resources for specific pursuits - Achieving financial targets for assigned clients including licenses, renewals, and professional services You will work with a large, extended virtual team and travel up to 50% depending on geography. REQUIREMENTS: - Current location in greater Bay Area, California strongly preferred; California required - 7+ years as full-cycle, "quarterback" Account Executive managing accounts with 5,000+ employees - Demonstrated track record driving net-new or expansion revenue within enterprise accounts - New business orientation: energized by whitespace-mapping and closing new solution areas, not solely relationship stewardship - Comfort operating with ambiguity, growth mindset, and in shared account models - Previous sales experience in IT Service Management, HR, Security Operations, Customer Service, or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations) - Track record achieving annual sales targets - Ability to understand broad, macro-level business IT needs for prospective clients - Experience leveraging or critically thinking about how to integrate AI into work processes, decision-making, or problem-solving (using AI-powered tools, automating workflows, analyzing AI-driven insights, or exploring AI's potential impact) - Willingness to travel up to 50%
