Nexthink is seeking a Client Director to manage renewals and upsells with the company's largest and most strategic existing accounts. In this role, you will serve as the primary relationship manager between Nexthink and assigned enterprise clients, overseeing executive-level engagement and leading virtual cross-functional teams including Solution Sales, Solution Consulting, Support, and Professional Services.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic leadership and guidance to assigned clients
- Manage all executive relationships between Nexthink and your portfolio of accounts
- Develop comprehensive Nexthink solutions aligned with each customer's strategic business outcomes
- Build deep, multi-tiered relationships across client organizations, from project and IT teams through C-suite executives
- Oversee worldwide account development and coordinate deployment of global resources
- Create clear roadmaps and build capabilities across client and Nexthink teams to ensure outstanding customer experience
- Achieve financial targets for assigned accounts, including licenses, renewals, and professional services revenue

Requirements:
- 10+ years of experience selling enterprise technology in fast-paced, competitive markets
- 2+ years as a Client Director or equivalent role, with validated multi-million-dollar sales solutions experience and executive-level relationship management
- Previous sales experience in IT Service Management or IT Operations Management (within software or IT sales organizations)
- Fluent in English and French (German a plus)
- Demonstrated drive, discipline, and intelligence; strong ability to manage time and resources, qualify opportunities, and learn quickly while establishing credibility
