Honor Technology is transforming aging care through technology and compassionate service. This Client Care Advisor role is based in the NW Houston area and combines consultative sales, care coordination, and relationship management to guide families through the process of selecting in-home care for older adults. You will conduct high-quality consultations to understand each family's needs, urgency, and readiness, then translate that into clear, appropriate care plans. You are accountable for moving families from initial inquiry through service start and ensuring a smooth onboarding experience. Beyond the initial decision, you will maintain close connections with clients and families, conducting reassessments, ensuring service quality, and adapting care as needs evolve. This role requires significant field time—approximately 75% travel across Harris County—including in-person consultations, service starts, and quality visits. You will partner with scheduling and operations teams to ensure reliable execution while maintaining high standards for documentation and compliance. Success is measured by consult-to-start conversion rates, client satisfaction scores, and long-term retention. Key responsibilities include owning consult-to-start conversion through proactive guidance, leading successful service starts by aligning expectations and coordinating setup, driving retention through ongoing engagement and care plan adjustments, serving as a trusted advisor to families navigating complex decisions, partnering cross-functionally with scheduling and operations teams, using data and systems to manage your portfolio and track performance, and contributing to referral relationship growth and local market reputation. The role emphasizes Honor's leadership principles: relentlessly focusing on clients, always pushing for higher standards, building trust quickly with families in sensitive situations, and getting things done with accountability for measurable results. REQUIREMENTS: - 1+ year of experience in a consultative, client-facing role (healthcare, senior care, social work, care coordination, or similar) - Demonstrated ability to guide clients through decisions and drive measurable outcomes (conversion, retention, service adoption) - Strong relationship management skills with experience supporting clients and families over time and adapting to evolving needs - Experience owning measurable client outcomes such as consult-to-start conversion, client retention, or service adoption - Experience leading structured conversations (discovery, needs assessment, recommendations, next steps) - Ability to partner cross-functionally to deliver services and resolve execution challenges - Comfort working within structured systems and tools (CRM, documentation standards, defined frameworks, Microsoft Office, Salesforce or similar) - Operational discipline including managing follow-up, tracking performance, and maintaining accurate records - Ability to spend ~75% of time in the field with reliable transportation and flexibility for occasional evenings/weekends - Preferred: Experience working with older adults and families, or background in Healthcare Administration, Social Work, Gerontology, or related field
