Salary: GBP 100,000 - 150,000 / annual

As Chief of Staff to the Chief Product Officer, you will be a strategic partner to the CPO and Product Leadership Team, playing a pivotal role in shaping Monzo's product vision and driving organizational effectiveness. This is a high-impact role that bridges strategy, execution, and cross-functional collaboration.
Key responsibilities include:
- Formulating and driving strategic projects for the CPO, including roadmap structuring, organizational goal-setting, and product strategy evolution
- Leading both strategic and ad-hoc initiatives that improve team delivery velocity and effectiveness
- Owning performance data analysis and creating regular reporting cadences, including monthly business reviews
- Unblocking complex cross-functional challenges around priorities, dependencies, and resource allocation
- Supporting product team engagement, performance management, and career progression initiatives
- Preparing the CPO for critical meetings with regulators, investors, board members, and internal stakeholders
- Drafting and delivering major communications on behalf of the CPO

You're highly analytical, comfortable with data tools like Looker, and use quantitative insights to drive decisions. You're a skilled collaborator and stakeholder manager who can bridge Product, Engineering, Design, Data, and senior leadership. You have prior experience in Product, high-growth companies, or technology, and you're energized by the challenges of scaling a product organization. You're a curious problem-solver, excellent communicator, and proactive self-starter who focuses teams on high-leverage work.
