Dexory is seeking a Chief of Staff Execution Lead to drive high-priority initiatives across the business. This is a project-focused execution role reporting to the Chief of Staff, distinct from standing operations work. You will own discrete, cross-functional projects from scoping through delivery, coordinate contributors across departments, track actions and deadlines through leadership forums, and implement process improvements and tooling to accelerate company velocity.
Key responsibilities include: taking ownership of special projects assigned by the Chief of Staff; supporting company initiatives by coordinating contributors and ensuring timely delivery; tracking actions, owners, and deadlines across leadership forums with persistent follow-up; moving initiatives from discussion to decision to delivery; identifying operational friction and implementing practical fixes (process changes, tooling, automation); establishing best practices for planning, execution, and delivery; and collaborating closely with the Business Operations Manager and department leads.
Success is measured by on-time project delivery with early slippage flagging, closure of leadership action items within agreed deadlines, demonstrable efficiency gains from implemented changes, and executive confidence that assigned work will be completed without ongoing oversight.
You bring 3–5+ years in high-pace environments with a proven track record of delivering projects end-to-end, including pushing work over the line against resistance. You are strong with tooling and automation, comfortable identifying inefficiencies and solving them quickly with practical solutions. You are hands-on with modern productivity and AI tools, defaulting to building solutions today rather than requesting them later. You demonstrate exceptional organization and follow-through, confident and direct communication with stakeholders at all levels, resilience and persistence in chasing and following up, and strong judgment on when to push, escalate, or solve issues yourself. A technical academic background (e.g., computer science degree) or prior experience as a founder's associate or in operations is ideal.
