TensorWave is building a cloud platform for AI compute infrastructure, enabling builders to focus on innovation rather than infrastructure challenges. The company is seeking a Chief of Staff to work directly with the Founders (COO, CEO, and CGO), serving as a trusted strategic partner and force multiplier for the executive team.
In this high-visibility, high-trust role, you will operate at the intersection of strategic thinking and hands-on execution. Your responsibilities span four core areas:
Executive Support & Partnership: You'll serve as a trusted advisor to both Founders, helping prioritize their time and attention across competing demands. You'll prepare briefing materials, talking points, and agendas for key meetings, board sessions, and external engagements. You'll act as a thought partner on strategic initiatives, providing well-reasoned input grounded in business context, and represent the Founders' priorities in cross-functional settings.
Project & Program Management: You'll own and drive multiple high-priority workstreams simultaneously, building systems (trackers, dashboards, project plans) to monitor progress and surface risks early. You'll translate high-level strategic goals into structured project plans with clear milestones, owners, and timelines, and coordinate cross-departmentally to remove roadblocks.
Communication & Coordination: You'll draft and refine internal and external communications on behalf of the Founders, synthesize complex information into clear summaries and recommendations, and facilitate alignment between the CEO, COO, and leadership team. You'll prepare materials for board meetings, investor updates, and all-hands meetings.
Operational & Business Support: You'll bring strong business acumen to evaluate initiatives, identify inefficiencies, and recommend process improvements. You'll conduct research and analysis to support strategic decision-making, help manage the company's operating rhythm (meetings, planning cycles, goal-setting), and take on special projects as directed.
The ideal candidate is an exceptional communicator, highly organized project manager, and someone with strong business acumen who can manage multiple high-priority workstreams without dropping anything. You should be comfortable operating with ambiguity, building structure where none exists, and maintaining a proactive "no task too small" mindset paired with strategic thinking.
Requirements:
- 6–8+ years of experience in a Chief of Staff, management consulting, business operations, or similar high-accountability strategic/operational role
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with ability to tailor messaging for different audiences (executives, board members, employees)
- Proven project management skills managing multiple complex, high-priority initiatives simultaneously
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, able to manage competing deadlines without dropping the ball
- Strong business acumen and sound judgment; ability to think like an owner and connect day-to-day work to broader company goals
- Discretion and trustworthiness when handling sensitive or confidential information
- Comfortable operating with ambiguity and building structure where none exists
- Proactive, "no task too small" mindset paired with strategic thinking ability
- Bachelor's degree required; MBA or equivalent experience a plus
