Rewst is a venture-backed SaaS company providing Robotic Process Automation (RPA) solutions for Managed Service Providers (MSPs). The platform helps MSPs streamline and automate their processes, driving productivity and efficiency gains.
As Chief Financial Officer, you will join the executive leadership team at a pivotal growth stage. You will own the company's financial strategy, lead the Finance function, and partner cross-functionally with the CEO and Board to drive sustainable growth.
Key responsibilities include:
Strategic Financial Leadership: Own and drive the company's financial strategy and annual budget. Provide data-driven insights and strategic guidance to the CEO and Board to inform key business decisions.
Operational & Financial Management: Oversee all financial operations including FP&A, accounting, and cash management. Implement and maintain scalable systems and processes. Ensure financial discipline, cost controls, and efficiency across all departments.
Capital Strategy & Fundraising: Partner with the CEO and investors on capital raises. Build and maintain relationships with banks, investors, and financial partners. Lead due diligence processes for fundraising and M&A transactions.
Team Leadership & Development: Build, mentor, and lead a high-performing Finance team. Champion a culture of accountability, transparency, and continuous improvement.
Required qualifications include proven CFO experience in a high-growth SaaS or technology company. You should have exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills. Strong understanding of SaaS metrics (NDR, CAC, payback period) is essential. Experience with fundraising, investor relations, and M&A transactions is required. You must have strong technical accounting knowledge (GAAP, revenue recognition) and familiarity with ERP and financial systems. A Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or Accounting is required; an MBA is strongly preferred.
