myTomorrows is a global healthtech company operating across 134+ countries, dedicated to breaking down barriers for patients seeking treatment options. The company has developed an AI-powered platform that simplifies access to drugs in development, offering clinical trial patient recruitment, Expanded Access Program management, and Real-World Data collection. With operations spanning the Netherlands, US, and India, myTomorrows has supported over 17,000 patients, 3,000+ physicians, and 350 sites, earning the trust of 60+ BioPharma companies. In October 2025, the company closed a €25M investment with Avego Healthcare Capital to fuel global ambitions and scale the business. As Chief Financial Officer based at the Amsterdam headquarters, you will be a central member of the Leadership Team and close strategic partner to the CEO. You will build the financial infrastructure, governance, and discipline required for the next chapter of growth across a business spanning technology, regulated healthcare services, and multiple jurisdictions. Key responsibilities include: - Leading buy-side M&A execution: Serve as the primary financial architect behind inorganic growth, leading deal structuring, due diligence, valuation, and integration as myTomorrows evaluates acquisitions and strategic partnerships. - Architecting for multi-jurisdiction complexity: Own the financial structure connecting operations across the Netherlands, the US, and India, building robust transfer pricing policies, intercompany arrangements, and multi-party revenue recognition frameworks. - Being a credible investor partner: Serve as the finance function's primary interface to the Supervisory Board, bringing investor-grade reporting rhythms, board governance discipline, and translating operational reality into the language investors expect. - Preparing for future fundraising and exit: Help set the company up for its next capital event, building the financial track record, audit readiness, and data room discipline that institutional buyers and investors expect. You will inherit a finance function with a solid FP&A core and a lean, capable team of five (finance lead as direct report with three people behind her, plus Revenue Operations). The priority is professionalizing controls, governance, and investor-grade reporting infrastructure while maintaining the existing FP&A and performance reporting capability. Success in 12-18 months means: leading or materially advancing one or more buy-side M&A processes; establishing robust multi-jurisdiction financial architecture with transfer pricing policy and intercompany structures; building investor-grade financial governance and data quality confidence; strengthening the finance team and its standing with business leaders; becoming a trusted partner to the CEO and Supervisory Board with appropriate reporting rhythms; and helping shape a clear financial roadmap for international scale and long-term value creation. The role is hybrid, combining flexible home-office days with regular days at the Amsterdam headquarters. Candidates must already live within commuting distance; fully remote options are not available. REQUIREMENTS: - Proven CFO or strong CFO-1 experience in a high-growth, investor-backed business, ideally in healthtech, healthcare services, life sciences, or another complex international platform environment. - Buy-side M&A execution is a firm requirement. Must have led acquisitions from the buyer's side (not only sell-side or advisory M&A) and speak credibly to deal structuring, diligence, and post-deal integration. - Multi-jurisdiction financial complexity: hands-on experience with transfer pricing, intercompany structures, and multi-party revenue recognition across at least two of the following: Europe, the US, and Asia. - Institutional governance familiarity: direct experience with board reporting rhythms, supervisory board obligations, and accountability that comes with a private equity or growth equity sponsor. - Regulated sector navigation: exposure to compliance-intensive environments, ideally in healthcare, life sciences, or another highly regulated domain. - Leading a lean senior team: experience leading finance at this scale and ability to raise the ceiling of a small team rather than solving problems with headcount. - Fundraising and exit experience: have run or closely supported a capital raise (equity, debt, or both) and ideally have direct exposure to a sale process, IPO, or other exit event. Must understand what "diligence-ready" means in practice. - Leadership style: Builder at heart, energized by creating and scaling finance infrastructure; commercially astute, connecting mission to economics; low ego with high accountability; strategic connector who translates financial complexity into clear narratives.
