Coram AI is building an AI-native video security platform that uses computer vision and multimodal LLMs to help businesses detect threats, make smarter decisions, and operate more efficiently. As Channel Sales Manager, you will own the development and execution of Coram AI's indirect sales strategy through a network of strategic channel partners, resellers, and system integrators. This is a hands-on role combining relationship building with sales execution to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
Key responsibilities include:
- Identifying, recruiting, and onboarding new channel and reseller partners aligned with target markets and strategic objectives
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with partners as the primary liaison between Coram AI and the partner network
- Equipping partners with tools, training, and resources to effectively position and sell Coram AI's solutions
- Driving partner-led sales opportunities to meet or exceed revenue targets and channel performance goals
- Collaborating with marketing, product, and sales teams to develop joint go-to-market initiatives and co-branded materials
- Maintaining accurate pipeline forecasts and performance metrics; providing regular reports to leadership
- Gathering market intelligence and feedback from partners to inform product development, pricing, and competitive positioning
- Ensuring all partner agreements, pricing, and programs comply with channel policies

Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience in Account Executive, Strategic Account Executive, or Channel/Partner sales roles, preferably in SaaS, AI, or enterprise software
- Proven success building, managing, and selling through partner ecosystems that drive measurable revenue growth
- Strong understanding of B2B technology sales, indirect go-to-market models, and partner incentives
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Strategic thinking with ability to execute in fast-paced, dynamic environments
- Experience with CRM, partner management, and prospecting tools (e.g., HubSpot, PartnerStack/Partnerbase, LinkedIn Sales Navigator)
- Resilience in challenging, fast-paced environments
- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills in English with ability to influence at all levels
- Ability to work in an onsite environment
