Cyera is building AI trust infrastructure for the Fortune 1000, helping enterprises adopt AI securely by controlling what data AI systems can access and what actions they can take. The company started by solving data security at scale and now serves as essential infrastructure for major enterprises navigating AI adoption safely.
As a Channel Sales Engineer for the ANZ region, you will be the technical backbone of Cyera's channel partner ecosystem. You'll work directly with strategic partners to enable their sales teams, remove technical blockers, and build lasting relationships that drive mutual growth.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide pre-sales technical support to channel partners: product demos, proof-of-concepts, and technical Q&A
- Demonstrate deep mastery of Cyera's architecture, value proposition, and competitive differentiation
- Own the technical success of strategic partners by developing quarterly technical roadmaps and milestones
- Identify and cultivate technical influencers and evangelists within partner organizations who can pitch and demo independently
- Design and deliver technical enablement programs: training sessions, workshops, and certification for partner teams
- Create sales enablement materials (presentations, technical docs, case studies) in collaboration with the sales team
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, understanding their business needs and challenges
- Monitor industry trends and competitive landscape to inform channel strategy
- Collaborate with product development to relay partner and customer feedback for product enhancements
- Work alongside Field Sales to drive technical success in regional channel partners
This role sits at the intersection of technical depth and sales enablement. You'll need to translate complex AI security concepts into partner-friendly training, troubleshoot deal-blocking technical concerns, and serve as a trusted advisor to partners navigating their own customer opportunities.
REQUIREMENTS:
The posting does not explicitly state years of experience, required certifications, or formal education requirements. However, the role clearly demands: strong technical foundation in data security and/or AI infrastructure; proven ability to communicate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences; experience working with channel partners or resellers; sales acumen and deal-closing mentality; and excellent relationship-building skills.
