Using AlphaSense's proprietary AI Interviewer technology, CCR conducts and scales expert interviews continuously, providing investors and corporate users with real-time insights into demand trends, competitive dynamics, and market conditions. As Sector Lead for Financial Services, you will oversee CCR's channel research coverage across banking, insurance, and fintech. Reporting to the Head of Channel & Customer Research, you will lead a team of analysts conducting structured channel checks, designing questionnaires, managing expert sourcebases, and ensuring research quality and consistency. Key responsibilities include: developing and maintaining the Financial Services coverage roadmap aligned with investor demand and key market debates; designing high-quality channel check frameworks and questionnaires that generate consistent, trackable insights; serving as the primary domain expert for Financial Services, maintaining deep understanding of business models, distribution channels, and investment debates across lending, deposits, payments, insurance, and fintech; collaborating with operations managers and analysts on project execution, expert targeting, and feasibility; and continuously identifying new companies, sub-sectors, and channel check opportunities by mapping value chains and identifying expert networks. You will act as the connective layer between research strategy and day-to-day execution, helping expand coverage while maintaining strong understanding of industry dynamics, regulatory considerations, and key market debates. You will also partner with cross-functional teams to refine research frameworks and improve workflows.
