EliseAI is a venture-backed AI company (recently raised $350M at $4B valuation, led by a16z and Bessemer) focused on deploying AI agents in housing and healthcare to streamline workflows, reduce costs, and improve user experience. In housing, the platform simplifies apartment touring, lease signing, maintenance requests, and tenant communication. In healthcare, it enables appointment scheduling, intake forms, and patient-provider communication. As Senior Manager of Channel & Alliance Partnerships, you will build EliseAI's channel and alliances motion from the ground up—designing the indirect, ecosystem-driven engine that scales revenue through resellers, referral partners, co-sell relationships, and technology alliances. You report to the Director of Business Development & Partnerships and own strategy, program architecture, economics, and execution end-to-end. This is a builder role with significant autonomy. You will not maintain an existing program; instead, you will design the playbook, stand up infrastructure and incentives, and land anchor partnerships that prove the model. Key Responsibilities: - Design EliseAI's channel & alliances program from 0→1, including partner segmentation, tiering, deal registration, referral and co-sell economics, enablement, certification, and joint go-to-market strategy. - Source, negotiate, and launch high-impact partnerships across resellers, referral partners, technology alliances, systems integrators, and platform ecosystems. - Own partner-sourced and partner-influenced pipeline as a measurable growth channel, tracking metrics such as partner-sourced ARR, attach rate, deal-registration volume, and time-to-first-deal. - Build operational infrastructure to scale the motion: partner onboarding, deal flow, co-marketing, PRM systems, reporting, and incentive tracking. - Align internal stakeholders (sales, product, marketing, leadership) around coherent partner strategy and shared incentives. - Build and manage senior, executive-level relationships with partners ranging from startups to large enterprises. - Help attract, hire, and develop talent as the function grows. - Note: This role carries revenue accountability through partners but is not a direct, quota-carrying sales role. The company emphasizes speed, autonomy, and impact. You will own your work with no micromanagement and be expected to operate at high intensity while building something at scale. Requirements: - 7–9 years of experience in channel partnerships, alliances, or business development, with a proven track record leading channel/alliance motions at high-growth startups or technology companies. - Demonstrated experience building a channel or alliances motion from 0→1—designing program, economics, and enablement, not merely operating an existing program. - Strong commercial and analytical judgment; ability to model partner economics and translate data into program and prioritization decisions. - Excellent executive communication and negotiation skills; ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders internally and across partner organizations. - Experience with APIs and technical integrations strongly preferred, given the ecosystem and alliances nature of the role. - Ability and willingness to work in person at NYC headquarters 4–5 days per week.
