Huntress is a fully remote, global cybersecurity company founded in 2015 by former NSA cyber operators. The company protects 5M+ endpoints and 11M+ identities worldwide with enterprise-grade, managed cybersecurity solutions designed for businesses of all sizes, not just the 1%. Huntress combines proprietary technology with a dedicated Security Operations Center (SOC) to deliver affordable, comprehensive protection. As a Channel Account Manager II, you will be a key individual contributor driving revenue through partner engagement, expansion, and retention. You'll work with managed service providers (MSPs) and other channel partners to help them deliver cybersecurity solutions to their customers through the Huntress platform. Reporting to the Manager of Channel Account Management, your success will be measured by net dollar retention, gross dollar retention, partner loyalty, and satisfaction metrics. Key responsibilities include achieving and exceeding quota based on expansion metrics and renewal rates, serving as a trusted advisor to partners to increase customer satisfaction and adoption, building and maintaining strong relationships with multiple contacts within assigned partner organizations, and reinforcing Huntress' culture of inclusivity and ethical excellence. You bring 5+ years of experience in account management, customer success, partner success, or channel/direct sales roles, ideally focused on mid-market and below. Strong knowledge of the MSP space and cybersecurity industry is preferred. You're proficient with Salesforce or similar CRM platforms, passionate about the partner community, and have a strong bias toward action and efficient execution. This is a high-impact, high-visibility role in a fully remote, equity-inclusive organization.
