A dynamic fashion and retail conglomerate is seeking an experienced Category Manager to join their Bönen headquarters. You will own the strategic and operational responsibility for revenue and profitability across assigned product categories in fashion, apparel, and non-food segments.
Key responsibilities include: managing P&L and budgets for your category portfolio; analyzing and steering key business metrics in close collaboration with merchandise planning; identifying market and consumer trends to develop forward-looking assortment strategies; setting customer-focused pricing and category pricing strategies; overseeing operational procurement while maintaining all relevant KPIs; leading and developing your team with expertise and motivation; collaborating cross-functionally with design, sales, supply chain, and marketing; and occasional international travel to sourcing countries.
You will bring a degree in business/economics or equivalent commercial training, with substantial experience in procurement, sourcing, or inventory management within the apparel industry. Proficiency in MS Office, strong English communication skills, and willingness to travel internationally are essential.
