Salary: EUR 2,700 - 2,960 / monthly
FYUL (formed in 2024 from the merger of Printful, Printify, and Snow Commerce) is seeking a Category Manager to own the commercial success and strategic direction of assigned product categories. This role sits at the intersection of product strategy, commercial execution, and cross-functional collaboration in an on-demand commerce platform serving creators and brands globally.
You will drive growth across the entire product lifecycle: developing category strategy aligned with company objectives, analyzing performance against KPIs, managing product assortment to maintain market leadership, and identifying revenue opportunities through e-commerce trends and merchant data. Key responsibilities include leading new product launches in collaboration with sourcing, onboarding, and design teams; refining the existing catalog; and working with Sales and Marketing to execute go-to-market strategies. You'll also partner with product teams to improve the merchant onboarding and product creation experience.
The role requires 3+ years in Category Management, buying, or related commercial roles (preferably e-commerce or retail). You should have proven success managing product catalogs and driving revenue, strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in Excel, Google Sheets, and Power BI, and the ability to prioritize multiple initiatives independently in a fast-paced environment. Excellent project management skills and cross-functional collaboration experience are essential, along with fluent English and strong communication.
