Revolut is seeking a CASS Manager to join its Compliance team and ensure adherence to FCA Client Assets Sourcebook (CASS) regulations. As part of the first line of defence, you will partner closely with Operations and cross-functional stakeholders to safeguard client money and custody assets, strengthen the control environment, and provide practical guidance on CASS requirements.
Key responsibilities include designing and executing robust testing frameworks to ensure CASS compliance; interpreting and implementing CASS regulations while proactively identifying and mitigating risks; driving continuous improvements to governance and control frameworks; maintaining and updating the CASS Resolution Pack; coordinating internal and external CASS audits, reviews, and regulatory assessments; monitoring changes to CASS rules and assessing their impact on processes and controls; and ensuring ongoing compliance with CASS 6–8 requirements.
You will need 5+ years of experience in a CASS management role within an investment firm, consultancy, or regulator, with solid knowledge of CASS 6–10 and understanding of regulatory requirements for client asset protection and reconciliations. Strong analytical and data interpretation skills, ability to manage multiple projects under pressure, and a commitment to continuous professional development are essential.
Nice-to-have qualifications include a professional certificate or diploma in compliance or CASS, a degree in economics or finance, proficiency in SQL and data analysis to support reconciliation and compliance reporting, and exposure to regulatory audits and interaction with regulatory bodies.
