Salary: USD 90,000 - 105,000 / annual
Rokt is a hyper-growth ecommerce leader that powers billions of transactions globally using AI and real-time relevance technology. The Cash Applications Analyst role supports the management of Rokt's cash across regions, products, and customers, with a focus on day-to-day cash application activities to ensure timely application, accurate accounts receivable records, and positive customer experience.
Key responsibilities include supporting the cash application process to ensure timely cash collection and strong working capital management; identifying and driving process and automation improvements while maintaining relationships with internal and external stakeholders; partnering with Billing, AR, and Go-To-Market teams to resolve issues and improve processes; supporting the Treasury function to report daily cash position and forecast cash balance; and assisting with month-end close and reporting activities related to cash.
The role offers direct involvement in the future of the business as Rokt leans heavily into AI-enabled automation while maintaining critical relationships across customers, GTM, billing, AR, and other teams. You will work with a global network that grows daily, balancing process improvement with stakeholder management.
Ideal candidates have strong communication skills and are comfortable having constructive conversations with customers and internal stakeholders. You should demonstrate high attention to detail, strong organization skills, and an ownership mindset with the ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines. A high level of interest in AI and desire to build automated processes is essential. You should be comfortable working both independently and as part of a team, knowing when to escalate issues or seek guidance, and possess curiosity to understand Rokt and the factors driving cash position.
