As a Cash Application Associate, you will be responsible for daily cash application activities, ensuring accurate and timely processing of customer payments. You will reconcile daily cash application with bank statements to verify alignment and accuracy, research and resolve discrepancies by working with internal teams, and maintain electronic funds transfers and check log capture. Additional responsibilities include assisting with overpayment tracking and accounts receivable reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records. You will collaborate with internal teams and external partners to ensure application accuracy and operational efficiency.

**Requirements:**
- Advanced proficiency in English (written and verbal)
- Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Excellent communication skills, including negotiation and conflict resolution
- Proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, SUMIF, pivot tables) and familiarity with accounting software (QuickBooks preferred)
- Experience in finance, accounting, and customer-facing roles preferred
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, remote work environment with proactive problem-solving approach
- Key skills: analytical thinking, proactivity, autonomy, time management, effective communication, team collaboration, adaptability, and ability to work in high-volume environments
