Onescreen is a modern platform for out-of-home (OOH) advertising that helps brands and agencies plan, buy, and measure campaigns across thousands of vendors and formats. You will join the Campaign Operations team, which transforms signed insertion orders into live campaigns and delivers post-campaign reporting. Currently, much of this work is manual: building folders, chasing vendors, checking contracts against grids, and collecting proofs of performance. Your dual mandate is to run campaign operations excellently while systematically replacing manual work with automation and AI-assisted workflows. You'll spend real time in day-to-day execution to understand what needs fixing, then design and build solutions that let the team handle far more campaigns with greater efficiency. **What you'll build:** - Map the campaign lifecycle end to end and identify which steps should be automated, templated, or eliminated - Build automations and AI-assisted workflows for high-volume manual tasks - Convert tribal knowledge into documented workflows, templates, and checklists that can be retired as automation replaces them - Evaluate emerging AI tools and adopt the ones worth integrating **What you'll run:** - Campaign execution: Build and maintain client-facing campaign materials, keep HubSpot current, manage creative through vendor review and approval, partner with Customer Success on onboarding and communication - Vendor management: Own day-to-day vendor communication on specs, creative, timelines, and posting details; run pre-launch check-ins and resolve in-market issues - Launch and post-launch: Confirm campaigns go live on launch day (including experiential activations), deliver in-flight and end-of-campaign assets (photography, results) to CS and clients within SLA **Success metrics:** First 90 days: Run a campaign end to end, map where manual time is spent, ship your first automation. First 6 months: Several core workflows are automated or templated, team runs more campaigns per person. **Requirements:** - 2–5 years in operations, campaign/ad operations, project coordination, or similar execution-focused role managing multiple deadlines - Evidence of building something that made work easier: automation, script, spreadsheet system, AI workflow, or small tool (personal, academic, or professional) - Real AI use: You've used Claude, ChatGPT, or similar tools to restructure or automate an actual task, not just answer questions - Tool fluency: Quick learner with new tools; experience with HubSpot, Google Workspace, Slack, Zapier, or n8n is a plus - Attention to detail: You catch errors before they become customer issues - Clear communication: Written and verbal communication with vendors, clients, and internal teams is clear, timely, and self-directed - Ownership: You see problems through to resolution and fix the underlying process
