Salary: USD 65,000 - 90,000 / annual

Teads is a leading omnichannel advertising platform processing 18 billion ad opportunities daily and reaching over 2.2 billion unique users monthly. The company recently merged Outbrain and Teads to create a unified platform spanning CTV, mobile, and web advertising. You will join the Sales organization as a Campaign Manager, serving as the primary point of contact for clients post-sale. Your responsibilities include managing the complete post-sale execution lifecycle: developing RFP strategy and client presentations, leading campaign kickoff calls with clients and agencies, overseeing campaign setup and delivery optimization, and analyzing performance data to identify trends and incremental revenue opportunities. Key responsibilities: - Develop RFP strategy, client presentations, media plans, and forecasting materials - Lead kickoff calls for campaign launches across Managed Service, Self-Service, and Programmatic Deal ID activation forms - Assist with customer onboarding to the self-service buying platform - Serve as lead point of contact for all post-sale client communication - Oversee campaign setup, pacing, delivery, and post-campaign analysis - Collaborate with Associate Campaign Managers and Ad Ops teams on technical execution (tagging, reporting, site lists, screenshots) - Analyze performance data and plan incremental revenue prospecting initiatives quarterly - Support internal team development through knowledge sharing - Work closely with Sales on pre-sale client needs and communication This is a client-facing role requiring strong relationship management, strategic thinking, and operational excellence in a fast-paced digital media environment. REQUIREMENTS: - Minimum 2-3 years of relevant work experience at a digital media agency, publisher, SSP, DSP, or AdTech company - Understanding of tactical systems and processes (third-party ad servers, verification platforms, DSPs, Salesforce, etc.) - Bachelor's Degree, Associate Degree, or equivalent work experience preferred - Proven track record of exceptional time management and project planning - High standards of quality, attention to detail, and continuous improvement mindset - Demonstrated ability to meet or surpass ambitious goals in competitive, fast-paced environments - Comfort engaging with strategic clients; strong problem-solving and creative thinking abilities - Ability to cultivate and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills - Collaborative approach and team player mentality
