The Tourism Board Partnerships (NTO) team manages collaborations with national and regional tourism organizations across global markets, focusing on creating impactful marketing campaigns, data insights, and strategic partnerships that drive destination awareness and tourism growth.
In this role, you will own end-to-end management of tourism board marketing campaigns, from planning through execution and performance reporting. You'll work closely with the Marketing team to deliver partnership campaigns that meet client objectives and maintain consistent, year-round ownership of the partnership portfolio.
Key responsibilities include:
- Manage and execute tourism board marketing campaigns end-to-end, from planning through delivery and performance reporting
- Manage partnership activities with tourism boards, including research and data analysis to inform campaign strategy
- Prepare and present partnership proposals and campaign plans
- Collect, process, and analyze partnership and campaign performance data for accurate, timely reporting
- Organize and maintain partnership documentation and files
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing campaign performance and partnership activity
- Coordinate and execute partnership-related events, ensuring smooth delivery
- Work closely with the Marketing team to align campaign execution with partner and business objectives
- Handle client data requests promptly and communicate updates clearly and proactively
- Use AI tools to improve campaign efficiency, reporting, and analysis
Requirements:
- 2+ years of experience in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related field
- Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, hospitality, or a related discipline
- Experience in campaign management (preferred)
- AI-fluent with practical experience using AI tools to support reporting, analysis, or campaign work
- Strong organizational and time management skills with ability to manage multiple priorities and campaigns simultaneously
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, for reporting and analysis
- Strong analytical and research skills for interpreting campaign data
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client and internal collaboration
- Ability to multitask and work independently under pressure, meeting tight deadlines
- Flexibility to work outside standard hours and across time zones based on client and campaign needs
