Required Qualifications: - Education: Associate degree or Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Engineering, Drafting/Design, or equivalent work experience. - Experience: 2–4 years of experience in an IT helpdesk/technical support role. - CAD Experience: Minimum 1–2 years of experience supporting or directly using CAD platforms (NX, SolidWorks) in a professional environment. - Working knowledge interpreting NX Logs/Sys Logs. - Strong written and verbal communication skills to effectively interact with all levels of the organization. - Excellent troubleshooting skills with a methodical approach to diagnosing complex software conflicts. - Ability to explain complex technical issues to both highly technical engineers and non-technical staff. - Patient, empathetic, and helpful attitude toward end-users under tight deadlines. - Strong multitasking skills to manage a high volume of tickets while prioritizing critical CAD-stoppage issues. Preferred Qualifications: - Experience administering Teamcenter PLM, including workflow, BOM, and access configuration. - Multi-skilled experience administering and configuring Siemens NX with advanced troubleshooting capability across CAD, CAM, and CAE environments. - Experience configuring NX templates, customization files, role-based settings, and standardized environments for multi-user deployments. - Capable of obtaining U.S. Secret security clearance.
