Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a C# Developer to join the internal tools team in Warsaw. This role focuses on building and extending web services within Veeam's internal developer platform, automating development processes, and improving code quality. You will own changes end-to-end, from identifying problems reported by engineers through to releasing fixes. Your work will involve developing tooling that streamlines the development lifecycle and enhances overall quality standards. Key responsibilities include: - Building and extending web services in the internal developer platform - Creating tooling to automate development processes and improve quality - Owning features from problem identification through production release - Establishing and maintaining automated quality control through tests, analyzers, and CI gates - Breaking down large projects into small, independently shippable increments - Conducting code reviews and evaluating design and implementation quality Required qualifications: - Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or Information Technology - Deep understanding of C#, .NET platform, data structures, and algorithms - Knowledge of software design principles including object-oriented and domain-oriented architecture - Ability to establish automated quality control practices - Strong communication skills in English for international team collaboration Technologies include C#, .NET 10, ASP.NET, and Azure DevOps. Bonus experience includes leading technical initiatives from concept to production, understanding CI/CD and SDLC, and a growth mindset as an individual contributor.
