Rogo is an AI-driven enterprise platform transforming financial workflows for investment banks, private equity funds, and asset managers. The company has achieved product-market fit with world-class investors backing rapid scaling.
As the first Business Value Consultant, you will be the architect of quantified business cases for Rogo's largest and most strategic enterprise deals. Enterprise deals at Rogo are won on defensible ROI, not features—your buyers are CFOs, COOs, and heads of technology who require a rigorous business case before committing to multi-year platform deals.
You will own the complete value narrative: leading value discovery workshops with customer executives, building ROI and TCO models that withstand procurement and finance scrutiny, and delivering executive presentations to steering committees. You will be the person the field pulls into deals when champions ask "how do I get this approved?"
Reporting into Revenue Operations gives you a unique vantage point: access to pricing, consumption, and customer-outcome data; a neutral seat when value and commercial strategy diverge; and direct influence on how Rogo sets pricing and packaging. You will work embedded with Enterprise sales leadership and account executives, with deal access of a sales-aligned role and the data leverage of an operating function.
This is a founding, build-heavy role. You will personally run the largest engagements and productize what works into models, benchmarks, and frameworks the entire enterprise team can deploy independently. You will close the loop by instrumenting value cases against realized outcomes, ensuring Rogo's claims remain credible at renewal and expansion.
Key responsibilities include: leading business value assessments on strategic accounts; facilitating blueprint and use-case workshops; building in-depth financial models; crafting executive narratives and presentations; partnering with sales leadership on pursuit strategy and deal qualification; defining and tracking measurable value hypotheses through POV and beyond; developing and operationalizing the Business Value Program; running value-selling training for the Enterprise team; and building external presence through webinars and customer stories.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 6+ years of relevant experience with 4+ years running business value assessments in management consulting, IT consulting, enterprise sales, or equivalent customer-facing advisory roles
- Degree in engineering, economics, finance, or analytical field; MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Advanced financial modeling and quantitative analysis skills with ability to simplify and communicate takeaways
- Demonstrated executive presence: experience leading complex value conversations with C-level stakeholders and distilling analysis into crisp narratives that move decisions
- Commercial acumen and track record of shaping deals and influencing commercial strategy in complex enterprise sales
- Familiarity with financial services workflows across banking, private equity, or asset management with credibility among those professionals
- Experience at a SaaS company with complex sales cycles
- Experience leveraging AI to reimagine GTM team operations
- Comfort with Salesforce and GTM data structures; interest in instrumenting value measurement
- Builder's instinct: you personally created the models, tools, and frameworks you deployed
- Ability to earn trust of experienced sellers and advise them consultatively
