Ashby is seeking a Business Systems Analyst to own the technical foundation of its Go-to-Market organization. You'll manage the daily health and configuration of Ashby's CRM stack, integration architecture, and data quality practices that enable Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success teams to operate efficiently. In this Revenue Operations role, you'll balance hands-on systems administration with strategic contributions to longer-term systems architecture as the company expands into new products and segments. Your responsibilities include: • System Administration: Manage day-to-day CRM configuration, user permissions, custom objects, and workflow automation. Ensure systems reflect how teams actually work, not legacy setups. • Integration Support: Maintain clean data flows across the GTM toolset (intent data, conversation intelligence, sales engagement platforms). Diagnose and resolve data flow issues across systems. • Data Governance: Enforce standards for data quality, deduplication, and field taxonomy. Work with GTM Engineers and System Architect to build infrastructure that makes revenue reporting and forecasting credible. • Stakeholder Support: Be the technical partner for frontline GTM teams. Triage issues, gather business requirements, and deliver scalable solutions. Communicate clearly with technical and non-technical partners. • Tooling Evaluation: Assess new GTM and AI tools for integration fit, support contract renewals, and lead implementation of emerging solutions with a practical bias toward adoption and maintainability. Ashby is a Y Combinator-backed enterprise software company building the future of talent management and hiring. The company is growing over 100% YoY in revenue with customers including Snowflake, OpenAI, Shopify, Ramp, and Notion. REQUIREMENTS: • Advanced proficiency in CRM administration: Salesforce Administrator or HubSpot Administrator certification strongly preferred • Experience connecting marketing automation, CRM, and revenue intelligence tools (e.g., 6sense, Gong, Outreach, Gainsight) • Ability to translate abstract business goals into documented, scalable technical configurations • Strong analytical skills: diagnose data discrepancies, form hypotheses, present findings to technical and non-technical audiences • Instinctive troubleshooter who hypothesizes before problems are fully described • Clear written communicator (remote-first company, documentation-driven) • 2–4 years in a RevOps, Marketing Ops, or Sales Ops systems role, ideally at a B2B SaaS company NICE TO HAVE: • Familiarity with SQL or data warehouse querying (Snowflake, BigQuery) for ad hoc analysis • Experience with AI-assisted workflow automation or prompt-based tooling in GTM context • Exposure to multi-product or multi-segment GTM motions
