UnitedMasters Translation is seeking a Business Supervisor to serve as the day-to-day client partnership lead for the Eli Lilly business. This role bridges Business Leadership and Program Management, managing client communication, translating business needs into actionable direction, and ensuring clarity across internal teams.
You will own day-to-day client relationships and communication across assigned workstreams, leading routine client meetings, status calls, and working sessions. You'll translate client needs, feedback, and business objectives into clear direction for internal teams including Strategy, Context, Creative, and Business Directors. A key responsibility is developing and refining creative briefs while ensuring cross-functional alignment on priorities, expectations, and success metrics.
You'll support creative development by preparing clients for presentations, articulating strategic and creative rationale, and ensuring work remains aligned to client objectives and regulatory guidance. You'll proactively identify risks and ambiguities before they become issues, managing client expectations through transparent communication and thoughtful problem-solving. You'll resolve day-to-day challenges independently, escalating only when appropriate.
The role includes mentoring junior Business Leadership team members in client communication, relationship management, and presentation skills, while supporting Business Directors in strengthening client relationships and identifying growth opportunities. You'll partner closely with Program Management to ensure alignment between client expectations and delivery plans, maintaining awareness of timelines, budgets, and executional progress.
