Salary: GBP 105,000 - 105,000 / annual
Anthropic is seeking a Business Recruiter to join the Talent team in London to own full-cycle recruiting across EMEA. This is an individual-contributor role focused on sourcing, screening, stakeholder management, and closing exceptional candidates for either G&A functions (Finance, Legal, People) or Go-To-Market organization (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships, Customer-facing roles), depending on business need and your background.
You will partner with hiring managers across EMEA to understand role requirements, build healthy pipelines, and deliver a candidate experience reflecting Anthropic's values. Key responsibilities include owning full-cycle recruiting for a portfolio of roles from intake through offer and close; partnering with hiring managers to scope roles and calibrate hiring bars; sourcing and engaging high-quality active and passive candidates to build diverse, competitive pipelines; running structured, rigorous, and candidate-centric interview processes; managing candidates through the process with clear communication; collaborating with the broader Talent team, People Partners, and Compensation to structure offers and guide candidates to close; and using data to track pipeline health and share insights that help hiring managers make good decisions.

REQUIREMENTS:
- 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in either G&A (Finance, Legal, People) or GTM (Sales, Marketing, Partnerships) hiring
- Track record of closing strong candidates in competitive markets
- Familiarity with the EMEA talent landscape and comfort recruiting across multiple countries
- Strong stakeholder management and ability to build trust and partnership with hiring managers
- Excellent organization and ability to manage multiple searches simultaneously without dropping details
- Clear, direct communication style and bias toward action
- Comfort operating with ambiguity in a fast-moving environment
- Genuine interest in Anthropic's mission and the role recruiting plays in achieving it
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education, training, and/or experience
PREFERRED:
- Experience recruiting at a high-growth technology, AI, or machine learning company
- Experience recruiting across both G&A and GTM functions
- Experience hiring across multiple EMEA markets, including the UK and Ireland
- Familiarity with Greenhouse or similar ATS platforms
- Additional European language skills relevant to hiring across the region
