As Business Performance Senior Manager, you will be a strategic operational leader supporting the Business Development function. Your primary responsibilities include:
• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team, serving as a key strategic advisor to leadership
• Act as point of contact with C-level executives, founders, and SVPs, providing regular performance updates and strategic recommendations
• Design and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's business plan, working cross-functionally to drive execution
• Define and establish reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor KPIs, track progress, and guide strategic decision-making
• Conduct deep-dive analysis of commercial results to identify inefficiencies, market trends, and growth opportunities
• Partner with Business Development leadership to develop and execute action plans that drive revenue growth
• Support strategic planning and forecasting processes to ensure business targets are met
• Deliver data-driven insights and recommendations to senior stakeholders, translating complex analysis into actionable strategy
• Gain high visibility across the organization through direct collaboration with executives and commercial teams
