As Business Performance Senior Manager, you will be a strategic operational leader supporting the Business Development function. Your core responsibilities include:
• Shape strategy and performance tracking for the Business Development Team, serving as the primary point of contact with C-level executives, founders, and SVPs
• Plan, design, and implement strategic initiatives aligned with the company's business plan
• Define and establish reporting frameworks for commercial teams to monitor KPIs and guide strategic decision-making
• Analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities
• Partner with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute action plans
• Support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved
• Deliver data-driven insights to senior stakeholders that drive revenue-enhancing initiatives
• Gain high visibility across the organization through direct collaboration with executives and commercial leadership
