As a Business Performance Associate, you will play a key role in shaping the strategy and performance tracking of the Business Development Team. Your primary responsibilities include building and maintaining dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor performance and guide strategic decision-making. You will analyze commercial results to identify inefficiencies, trends, and growth opportunities, then partner closely with Business Development leadership and cross-functional teams to define actionable plans. You will support strategic planning and forecasting to ensure business targets are achieved, providing data-driven insights to senior stakeholders that drive revenue-growth initiatives. This role offers high exposure across the organization, with direct collaboration with executives and commercial leadership. Required qualifications include a Bachelor's degree in Engineering and 3+ years of experience in Revenue Operations, Strategy, Growth, or Analytics roles. You must demonstrate strong analytical capabilities with proficiency in SQL, Excel, and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI). A solid understanding of commercial KPIs, forecasting, and business planning is essential. You should be comfortable translating complex data into actionable recommendations for leadership, with excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, including executive-level exposure. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and able to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
