Salary: USD 150,000 - 175,000 / annual

Notion is seeking a Business Operations & Strategy professional to serve as a key partner and advisor to the company's leadership team, working primarily with Engineering, Product, and Design. The Business Operations team focuses on high-impact strategic projects and cross-functional analysis. In this role, you will: - Build trusted relationships with cross-functional leaders to define and implement strategy across all Notion products, driving increased value to users and the business - Structure complex, ambiguous strategic problems for the leadership team, defining clear hypotheses and building detailed business cases and quantitative models to inform strategic direction - Work closely with cross-functional leaders to define and manage key drivers of business performance, identifying opportunities and incorporating them into your work - Develop comprehensive understanding of Notion's competitive positioning by assessing peer businesses and developing insights to inform recommendations - Deeply understand Notion customers and the broader market landscape to uncover insights that inform recommendations - Create scalable solutions that combine broad vision with understanding of practical constraints Notion is a collaborative AI workspace where teams and agents think together. Millions of individuals, small teams, and large companies run their work on Notion. The company is building one place where knowledge, projects, meetings, and AI tools live side by side, making work faster, clearer, and less fragmented. The role is based in San Francisco with anchor days on Mondays, Tuesdays, and Thursdays for in-person collaboration. REQUIREMENTS: - 5+ years of strategy experience, including 2+ years in management consulting or related field - Excellent quantitative and financial modeling skills with high attention to detail for decisions affecting products and business - Outstanding executive-level written and verbal communication skills; ability to operate independently with senior stakeholders and manage relationships, deliverables, and timelines with minimal supervision - Genuine enthusiasm for and proficiency with AI tools; hands-on fluency with modern AI tools such as Notion AI, Claude, ChatGPT, or similar; active experimentation with new models and workflows - Data self-sufficiency including working knowledge of SQL and ability to access, assess, and synthesize relevant data independently - Comfort working in high-growth, constantly changing environment with passion and enthusiasm NICE TO HAVES: - Prior experience in strategy and operations in B2B SaaS businesses - Experience with pricing & packaging, especially for AI products
