You will join Tide's Germany team as Senior Platform Operations Specialist, serving as the operational backbone of Tide's SME loan platform (Partner Credit Services). This role bridges sales, product, and engineering teams to ensure the platform—which matches business owners with appropriate lenders—operates reliably and converts effectively.
Key responsibilities include owning platform-driven revenue and lender relationships, identifying conversion leaks and driving product improvements, managing monthly revenue reconciliation, building dashboards and performance reports in Salesforce, optimizing processes to increase efficiency and conversion rates, troubleshooting complex platform issues, and collaborating cross-functionally with sales, product, engineering, partnerships, finance, and member support.
You will report platform performance to commercial teams and senior stakeholders, present clear insights into revenue drivers, and support incident management and root cause analysis. The role requires deep knowledge of conversion metrics, lender performance, and platform health.
Required: 4+ years in platform operations, revenue operations, or business operations (ideally fintech, lending, or financial services); strong Salesforce CRM skills including report and dashboard building; analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and drive data-informed decisions; experience managing stakeholder relationships and cross-functional projects; and comfort with operational detail and process optimization.
