Office Hours is a hyper-growth, profitable on-demand expert network that connects leading organizations with trusted experts across knowledge domains. The platform handles screening, compliance, scheduling, and payments, enabling experts to earn income through advisory work, projects, and AI model training. Customers include fast-growing digital health companies, technology firms, institutional investment firms, consulting firms, and AI labs. The company is backed by top marketplace investors and operators from DoorDash, Airbnb, and Affirm, with offices in San Francisco, Brooklyn, and Bangalore.
You will report to the Business Operations Lead and partner with the leadership team across the organization. Your initial focus is the revenue engine—the core expert-network business—before expanding to the company's most pressing problems.
Key responsibilities include:
- Build the RevOps function: own how Client Solutions and Sales set goals, track performance, and run the business through weekly book-of-business and pipeline reviews, CRM management, and adoption of new tools and reporting.
- Establish the first business analytics function: provide leadership with commercial insights for planning, offsites, and strategy; move from raw data to actionable recommendations and help execute them.
- Run the business AI-natively: identify and automate rote work across teams to scale output without proportional headcount growth; help redesign team structures and information ecosystems for AI integration.
- Design incentives, pricing, and margin: partner with Finance on compensation plans, pricing strategies, and discounting that align team performance with company goals.
- Own renewals: manage usage reporting, QBRs for key clients, and develop renewal and upsell plans for major accounts.
- Launch new initiatives: conduct market research, size TAM, and drive new product and market launches; turn early traction into repeatable processes.
You are expected to be AI-native, pushing the frontiers of AI usage in operations. You are relentlessly curious, bringing ideas from parallel domains to solve hard problems. You combine low ego with high ownership—equally comfortable running a planning review or fixing a broken tracker. You are structured and rigorous, breaking messy questions into clear recommendations and following data-driven insights. You have strong analytical skills, commercial instinct, and executive presence to work effectively with leadership and technical teams alike.
REQUIREMENTS:
- 2–4 years in management consulting, investment banking, or an analytically rigorous role (strategy & operations, analytics, data science) at a high-growth company
- AI-native mindset with hands-on experience pushing AI usage in operations
- Strong analytical and SQL skills (or eagerness to master SQL)
- Commercial instinct and understanding of sales dynamics and incentive alignment
- Executive presence and ability to communicate effectively with leadership and technical teams
- Structured problem-solving approach with data-driven decision-making
BONUS EXPERIENCE:
- B2B marketplace, professional services, or expert network background
- Experience owning operating cadences (operating reviews, planning, OKRs)
- Account management, renewals, or QBR experience
- Familiarity with CRM tools (Attio or similar) and BI tools (Metabase, Tableau, Omni)
