Salary: USD 90,000 - 120,000 / annual

The Business Intelligence & Insights Lead will own and drive high-impact analytics initiatives across the organization. This is a highly autonomous, internal-facing role combining strong technical skills with business acumen. The ideal candidate proactively identifies insights and partners with stakeholders to solve problems, rather than simply answering questions.
Key responsibilities include: owning a portfolio of BI dashboards from requirements through implementation and optimization; partnering with business stakeholders to translate objectives into scalable analytical solutions; writing and optimizing complex SQL queries to extract and analyze large datasets; performing data validation and quality control; leading ad hoc analytical projects that provide actionable insights for business leaders; collaborating with Data Engineering on data requirements and reporting infrastructure; supporting the Commercial Analytics team with client-facing analytical support; and independently managing analytical workstreams from inception through delivery.
Required qualifications: 5+ years in data analytics, business intelligence, or related analytical role; Bachelor's degree (STEM preferred); strong SQL skills with experience querying and transforming large datasets; significant experience with BI platforms (Tableau, Power BI, Looker, Sigma, or similar); experience with modern cloud data warehouses (Snowflake, Postgres); advanced experience using AI-powered tools for analytics and BI workflows; demonstrated ability to independently own projects with minimal direction; strong business acumen connecting analytical findings to outcomes; experience partnering with cross-functional stakeholders in fast-paced environments. Startup experience and healthcare/pharma/patient claims data experience are strong pluses.
The role offers flexibility across three locations: Atlanta, New York, or remote within the USA.
