Salary: USD 130,000 - 150,000 / annual

The Business Intelligence Engineer II will join the Data Engineering team, which partners closely with Risk, Technology, Sales, and Product teams to drive data-informed decision-making. This role focuses on extracting, integrating, and analyzing critical data to identify business challenges, uncover opportunities, and design operational improvements. Key responsibilities include independently executing data extraction, integration, and analysis; developing and maintaining internal data warehouses and datamarts; building and optimizing ETL processes and CI/CD pipelines; investigating data defects and implementing corrective actions; and collaborating with cross-functional teams (Tech, Risk, RevOps, Marketing) on strategic initiatives. Required qualifications: Master's degree in computer science, data science/analytics, or business analytics; 2+ years of experience in data engineering and business intelligence; proficiency with AWS, SQL, Python, ETL pipeline development, BI dashboards, and Snowflake; strong communication and presentation skills; meticulous attention to detail and documentation practices.
