Veeam Software, the Data and AI Trust Company, is seeking a Business Intelligence Analyst to lead complex analytics initiatives and drive data-driven decision-making across the organization. Based remotely in the United States, you will partner closely with stakeholders across Sales, Operations, and Product to align analytics with business objectives and enterprise strategy.
In this role, you will lead cross-functional analytics initiatives, solving ambiguous analytical problems independently while maintaining high standards for accuracy and adoption. You'll develop dashboards and analyses that stakeholders trust and actively use, ensuring metrics are consistently defined and aligned to enterprise standards. Your work will directly impact how the organization understands and leverages data to accelerate business growth.
Key responsibilities include partnering with Data Engineering and Data Platform teams to build robust analytics infrastructure, fostering key working relationships with business stakeholders, and mentoring Junior and Associate Analysts on your team. You'll be expected to take ownership of complex projects from conception through delivery, translating business questions into analytical frameworks and communicating insights clearly to non-technical audiences.
