ASAPP is an AI-powered customer experience platform serving the world's largest brands. The company is seeking a Business Insights Analyst to join the Strategy & Insights Team, partnering with Customer Success, Engineering, and Product to deliver strategic insights and maximize customer value from generative AI deployments.
In this role, you will analyze large-scale generative AI deployments and conversational data to uncover growth opportunities, craft compelling narratives around performance and impact, and translate complex data into actionable business recommendations. You'll support Customer Success and Strategy teams with ad-hoc analytical requests, develop insights measuring client performance across key metrics, collaborate on account strategy and forecasting, and identify creative approaches to analyze data at scale. Your work will directly influence how customers interact with leading brands and help guide the direction of ASAPP's evolving AI products.
The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, analytically minded, with strong customer behavior insights and a proven track record of translating data-driven analysis into actionable recommendations. You should thrive at the intersection of data analysis and strategic thinking, communicate clearly with both technical and non-technical audiences, and be skilled at uncovering patterns in large, complex datasets.

REQUIREMENTS:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Data Science, Mathematics, Computer Science, Statistics, or related field; or equivalent work experience
- 2+ years of experience in consulting, business intelligence, data analytics, or similar role
- Demonstrated experience connecting data analysis to business drivers
- Exposure to client or stakeholder communication
- Ability to manage and prioritize across competing requirements
- Strong SQL skills, including ability to write new queries and interpret existing queries
- Proficiency in creating impactful presentation materials in PowerPoint or Google Slides
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
NICE-TO-HAVE:
- Experience with data visualization or analytics tools
- Experience leveraging large language models for analytics purposes
- Specific experience analyzing customer behavior
