Salary: GBP 35,000 - 49,000 / annual

You will join a small, growing Business Development Representative (BDR) team supporting Account Executives who work with small and midsize businesses across the UK and EMEA. This hybrid role is based in London with an expectation to work from the office 3 days per week, with flexibility to work up to 5 days based on business needs.
In this role, you will execute outbound prospecting through phone calls, email, LinkedIn, and other channels to create new business opportunities. You'll use AI-driven sales tools and modern prospecting platforms to work efficiently and engage prospects thoughtfully. Your responsibilities include qualifying inbound and outbound leads against defined criteria, building a sustainable pipeline, scheduling qualified meetings, and providing day-to-day support to Account Executives. You will maintain accurate records of prospect activity and follow-up in the CRM, represent the company at industry events and trade shows when relevant, and collaborate with Sales and Marketing partners while participating in ongoing coaching, training, and enablement.

Requirements:
- No prior sales experience required; the company values transferable experience, coachability, and willingness to learn.
- Clear and professional communication in phone, email, and written conversations.
- Strong prospecting and cold-calling skills with ability to engage new contacts respectfully.
- Resilience, organization, and consistency in a high-volume outbound environment.
- Openness to coaching and ability to apply feedback to improve performance.
- Ability to manage multiple prospect interactions while maintaining accurate and organized records.
Preferred:
- Experience in Business Development Representative, Sales Development Representative, customer service, teaching, retail, hospitality, military, athletics, or another customer-facing environment.
- Familiarity with Software as a Service (SaaS), cloud security, Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems, sales engagement platforms, or prospecting tools.
